    Tableau online sync - internal error

      Hi,

       

      I'm trying to activate Tableau Online Sync and after entering the user name and password I get the following message:

       

      "Tableau Online sync client 9.3"

      "An internal error occured. If the issue persists, contact Tableau Support."

       

      On the same computer I can log into the tableau online normally via google chrome.

       

      Any idea?
