Tableau Server Schedules - Extract Refresh fails "Sign in failed"

    Tony VanHorn

There appears to be some type of LDAP authentication to netezza problem related to the com.tableausoftware.nativeapi.dll does anyone know of a solution for this?  The scheduling functionality, if it works, is MUCH cooler than having to manually re-publish packaged workbooks each time the .tde needs to get updated.

Here's the specific error message received on server: "com.tableausoftware.nativeapi.dll.DataSourceException: LDAP authentication failed for user 'myusername' Invalid username or password."

      Other relevant specs...

      Desktop version 9.0.5

      Server version 9.0.3

To get some obvious things out of the way: Yes, I have tested my credentials to the source data and they work without fail.  Additionally, in tableau server I've verified that I'm not fat-fingering the values by using the "Edit Connection">"Test Connection" feature which resulted in a "connection successful" notification. So now I look to you tableau support community for what I should test next.
