Proactively sharing reports with teachers, principals, and administrators

      Hi all,

I've heard people talk about how hard it can be to get their colleagues-- whether school site-based or central office-based-- to engage with their reports regularly. Conversations have come up around how in a perfect world, we'd be able to push reports to them proactively. Some people have talked about a regular cadence (send an email to the superintendent every Monday morning); others have talked about trigger-based notifications (average daily attendance dips below a given percentage and principals get pinged).

What are you currently doing to remind people to check out their data-- manual or otherwise? Anyone have a system they like?
