Unfortunately not. My typical strategy is to dissuade users from hopping onto the very frequent schedules without a though by putting "BY APPROVAL ONLY" or somesuch at the beginning of the name. It works, but not to the degree I'd like.
If you don't mind investing a little effort to schedule certain specialized content in a custom way without allowing others to do the same, you could use tabcmd refreshextracts to trigger extract refreshes on specific content you want.
Wait. Schedules can be site specific ? When I as a server admin add a schedule in a particular site, I see it being reflected in all the sites. When I checked with a site admin, he did not have the option to add new schedules.
I tried to find any setting changes, but couldn't. Advice ?
Schedules are not site specific.
Correct, schedules are server-wide. They are not specific to a particular site.
Correct, Site Administrators cannot create schedules.
