Just drag the date dimension to filters and select only the dates you want to display. if you are looking for something more dynamic let me know and I can help you out.
I am using a dynamic relative filter to 6 months.
Then, From this. i got below view.
But now i wanted to limit this view to 6th april.
Similarly, if i see report for next month what ever relative filter i select may be 6 months or 7 months, i wanted to exclude last 2 days from the view.
If your goal is to exclude the last 2 days dynamically then you will need to create a calculated field which produces a true/false Boolean to show only dates that are more than 2 days from today.
Here is an example below:
[Paid Date] is my date dimension and my visualization will only show dates that are 2 days from today. I drag this calculated field onto my filter section and select only True values to be displayed.
You will need to modify the code a bit to fit the names of your dimensions and the actual use case you are looking for but the general logic is there to make this happen. I am just not sure if you always want 2 days in the past from current day, or a certain date.
Thanks for your effort.
But this is not working for me.
Since i am excluding Current week above calculations wont effect the view which i am looking.
The workbook which you attached still has current week.
i wanted to exclude current week from the view.
so considering previous week, i wanted to exclude 2 days from previous week.
hopefully i am clear.
Since uploading from my system is not allowed. I will try my best in explaining the approach:
1) Create a calculated field which will find the last date in your data
2) As explained by David Milmont create a Boolean field here use the name of calculated field created in #1
i.e. make false for last date and previous day to last date; for rest of the dates make it true.
3) Put the filter of field in #3 on filters shelf and and select TRUE
This should resolve you issue.
Let me know if you have any issue with above solution
I am not sure. it would be great if you can give me some more explanation.

Try this calculation. Just replace the Date field with your own date field.
Just suppose if you have data till 15th Apr 2016. Then what this calculation will do, it truncate the week means it will go to the first day of this week i.e. 10th Apr 2016 and minus 2 will take you before two days from 10th that is 7th Apr 2016. I hope this is what you wanted. Let me know if you have any doubt.
