Can you please try the Edit Locations under the Map menu? If you have a dimension with the latitude and longitude of the cities you should be able to map the cities. If there are unrecognised ones, you can always manually input the lat/long values
If this is not what you are looking for, please post a packaged workbook (.twbx)
Jessica thanks for answer.
What i am looking for is the opposite - i have coordinates but no city name.
So for ex my data is :
row | Long | Lat
1 16.72 51.26
2 16.77 51.03
And from those coordinates i would like to get city name.

There is no such inherent properties in Tableau
However you can use this Batch Reverse Geocode to generate the city names, then import the data into your workbook
Hope this helps
You could connect to the CITY.TDS or the GEOCODING.FDB and then blend your data on a calculated field (lat + long). The following link has the information on how to connect to both.
Attached is a packaged workbook as an example. You might find that some coordinates do not have a city name's (small population sizes) in which case I would go with Jessica's solution.
