Right Click district in your dimensions pane
Select Geographic Role
Then Select County
Country is the equivalent of district.
I also had to set my default country as India because we do not have a column called country in this data set. You may not need to as your workbook location is already India I'd assume.

thanks for the quick reply. And isn't it weird ? why should we consider districts as countries?
District = County, not Country. There's no 'R'
This is because it comes after State.
Country -> State -> District
Country -> State -> County
Are equivalent depending where you're at in the world.
