If you just change the map style to offline, Tableau just uses the 5-levels of built-in map tiles and never hits the map server. But this map is really limited, so may not have enough detail for what you want.
Beyond that, you could run your own map service that doesn't expire the tiles, but that's a lot of work.
Thanks @Dan. Can you also confirm
1) Does the offline MAP published in Tableau server need a refresh after 30 day's ? If I don't refresh it what will happen ?
2) As a long term we are planning to work on own map service. Is there a place where it's documented on how to do it ?

1. If you explicitly choose the offline map, it doesn't ever need refreshing.
2. For your own map service, see: Connecting to the Tableau Map Service | Tableau Software . Generally I recommend using a WMS server as that's easiest, but you can use a more custom server as well.
Thanks Dan. I am not very much interested in WMS servers as at the end what we are trying to achieve is to maintain these maps locally within our company and not to connect to Internet whenever we need them as we can use them through the intranet.
