To resolve the issue, follow these steps:
- Open the Tableau Server Configuration Utility by clicking Start > All Programs > Aternity Dashboards Server > Configure Tableau Server.
- Click the General tab.
- Under Server Run as User setting, change to a user with internet/proxy access privileges, or change the user indicated in this settings to have internet/proxy access privileges.

I think all you need to do is assign the geographic roles to your longitude and latitude measures.
