Do you have a twbx? One option would be to use measure names on the columns shelf and use measure values on the "text" pill.
Having the measures in the columns shelf is what is making them move left/right.
Hope this helps!
Why don't you use 'Measure Names' in columns and 'Measure Values' in text marks?
If you have to use continuous measure pills then you may create a measure e.g MIN(0) and use that instead of your actual measures.
Well, let me mention a difficulty level is this workbook is that I am adding a shape into one (1) of the columns (Utilization), so I need them to be some how independent and not to be all behaving the same which would happen if I use the Measure names and Measure values.
So I can go that way, but then how I do make the shape to show along with value in the Utilization % column only?
Your help is appreciated.

As I said you may use a dummy calculation like any aggregation of 0:
If you want the axis names on top you may duplicate the pill for each columns and make them dual. I think this option - to position headers & totals elsewhere - will be available in Tableau 9.3
Hope this helps,

Thanks Lukasz. Simple solution, but huge for those who are following the steps of SMEs.
By the way, it seems you are reading my mind on the headers. Then, when duplicating the pills for each column and make them dual axis i got the headers both at the top and at the bottom. I'm eager to check the headers feature in Tableau 9.3.
Just checked and it seems only Totals can be moved around in v9.3
So you should edit axes and remove ticks / zeroes / adjust titles - you may have it look close to what you need...
