Conditional formatting when table is only made up of dimensions

So I know Tableau is not Excel but people still sometimes like viewing it as if it were coming from Excel.  I have a tableau that is only made up dimensions and don't need to aggregate anything.  I'm hoping to be able to highlight rows based on the result of one of the columns in the set (it's just a yes / no flag).  Is this possible?

I'm able to highlight measures using a calculated field by having it be 1/0 as values and add that to color.  That only highlights measures, though.  I'd like to be able to highlight the entire row especially in this case since I have no measures to aggregate.
