# Maximum Scale(Axis) across all work sheets

Hi ,

A dashboard which shows sales for each Regions(Bar Graph). Each region in different work sheets.

I need to show all the graphs based on Maximum sales of a Region.

eg: Region(sales) : East(10) , West(100) , South(90), Central(50)

sales(100) in West is Maximum compared to other regions , so all the graph should have Axis Scale of 100.

and if we apply any filters then it has to dynamical change the Axis to Maximum in Regions.

I have attached a sample twbx file.

Please let me know if u need any further details.

Thanks,

Jones

Hi Jones:

For a visualization such as the one you are presenting I would suggest using a single graph. Play with the size tile to get the graphical effect of thin bars.

If your issue comes from the way the data is structured, tell us a bit more about that. Maybe there is an elegant solution working from the data side.

Yours,

Alfredo

Thanks Alfredo,

Data is good but I want to add couple of texts and worksheets in between the graphs. That's the reason i need it separated.

Thanks,

Jones

Hi Jones,

Can you post a screen shot or image  how you need to show ?

In the image ABCD is having Max amount. so other graph should also have same Scale.

Hi Jones,

In case you really need the charts on separate worksheets I would use an LOD like explained below to calculate the region's max sales and then plot an invisible reference line on each of the bar charts.

Here is the LOD calculation I used to calculate the maximum

This is the config of the reference line.

Below you see the final result. All the sheets have the same reference line as the max point on the bar chart. Therefore, they are all aligned.

Let me know if this helps or answers you question. Workbook is attached.

Kind regards,

Justus
