Hey! Is there a chance that you publish a sample .twbx file here, showing us exactly what you need to do? Would be easier to come up. I think that SUM(CASE... might help, but let me try on your/ sample data.

You should be able to do something like this:
SUM(IF [MyFilterField] = 'something_to_keep' THEN [MyValueField] END)

What I did eventually was to create a calculated field for every "cell" I needed, and then put all those calculated fields under "Measure values" ("Measure values" appears in the "Marks" section). It worked great.
Every column in this table, which is actually a single "cell", has its own set of conditions in the calculated field.
