As you want to have 3 plots adjacent to each other for three segments - high, medium and low.
Calculation can be used here.
IF SUM([Profit]) > 2000 then 'high'
ELSEIF SUM([Profit]) <= 2000 and SUM([Profit]) > 0 then 'medium'
ELSEIF SUM([Profit]) <= 0 THEN 'low'
In your case I see you have 'customer' in dimension so place that in detail and get rid of sets

Your idea works but I get a couple of segments for which no boxes are plotted. It should at least plot the max and min lines; I can understand why the boxes may be missing because there may be too fewer values to calculate the median and boxes.
Also, for colors, when I drag customer names on colors in my database, I see a continuous coloring legend rather than 3 distinct colors. I did not see the traffic light coloring scheme that you have used in the default Tableau schemes. How did you create it?

For different color for each segment drag and place 'AGG(Sales Segments)' on color mark.
