In your case, you have two measure value field separately, then, parameter is effective.
Then create calculated field as
if [Parameter 1]="Baby" then [Babies]
elseif [Parameter 1] = "Person" then [Persons]
Now user select "Baby" or "Person" to see respective heat map.

Thanks on your guidance on parameter. It works
Now what I'm trying to do is when the user selects babies, the heat map value range needs to be between 0 to 3,000. When they select persons, the heat map value range changes to between 0 to 10,000. This is because the measures are different value distribution.
Currently if I set the "Edit Colors" to say 0 to 10,000, it doesn't change when I toggle between the 2 lists...
Any thoughts on this? Maybe it's conditional formatting calculated field based on color?
