The table calculations in your attached sample are broken (showing in pink), so it is difficult to know how you want it to look. And your sample data doesn't include anything for 2014 or 2015 which you indicate are "combined." If you can fix these, we can probably help with a sample. A continuous month should work, but you may need to adjust your axis labels and tick marks.

I fixed these 2 issues. I left the broken calculations in the first one to show what was not working, but I can see that would be more confusing.
Hopefully this version helps to convey what I am trying to accomplish.

In the attached Sheet 3, I made the following changes:
1. The transaction date pill needs to be month-year, rather than just month. Before:
2. Edit the table calculations for "at the level" "deepest":
This satisfies your original requirement of "% change in unit prices month-to-month."
