I believe the file's corrupted. You can either create a new packaged workbook or try this free utility (twbx files are really just zip files) to fix the corrupted file: Fix zip file with DiskInternals ZIP Repair

Is your workbook connected to Microsoft Access? If so then you may want to create an extract first then repackage your workbook again because Access is not a supported data source for MAC. Please see the supported data source types at the bottom of this page: Tableau Desktop | Tableau Software
If simply creating an extract and repacking the workbook does not work, you may also need to replace your connection with the created extract and then recreate the packaged workbook. Hope this helps.
