Showing relationship between two lists of Zips

Hi everybody, I'm new to using Tableau (coming from the world of Qlik and Business Objects). I'm trying to take advantage of the mapping capabilities in Tableau to show strength of regional communication. The data that I have to work with has two lists of zip codes pulled from exchange servers, 1 zip comes from the sender and 1 is the reciever.

Is there a way to show the relationship of this data visually on the map? Ideally I would like to be able to say click on Chicago and have it show that 20000 emails stayed in Chicago, 6000 went to New York and 3000 went to Los Angeles but so far I haven't been able to get the visualization to work that way.

If this has been covered before my apologies, I've searched but am still new to these forums.
