You can bring each measure on the Rows shelf and create a dual axis. Right-Click the right axis and select dual-axis, and unselect Show Header. This way each measure get it`s own Label property shelf on which you can add both values.

I am a little confused with your question here... You want to show the % and total of each measure or you want to show total of sales and % of profit in one stacked bar.
PFB my approach to show the % and total sales in a stacked bar. You can easily show the % to total and total sales in one stacked bar.
Moreover I think you are looking for something like below:
Here I have used dual axis , one axis on each measure name for the output.

But how i want is, i want 2 stacked bars one with sales and another with profit. stack bar should be 100% axis for both, not like above one. Stack bar is divided into 100%(eg: 40%, 30%,30%) label should show (40% - 8000, 30% - 6000, 30% - 6000).
and most important is i can use dual axis, but here i want 3 measure like sales, profit and quanity.
Challenging part is using 3 or more measures
