Diverging color option not working properly with values

    Orlando Suarez

Tableau friends, I could use your help.

I have some columns of % values where I'm trying to use a diverging color scheme (blue to orange diverging scheme). I'm trying to get the left side of the bar chart (The positive side) to show the positive values in a shade of blue...and subsequently the right side (negative side) to show the negative values in shades of orange. However, no matter what combination of START-CENTER-END values I set in the editing panel....the colors are all over the place. (SEE THE MM% CHANGE COLUMN) Some negative %'s are orange while others are not. The same on the positive side. The same happens with the Y/Y% and the Rank 1 columns......What am I doing wrong here?
