I can't see your visualization since this is based off of a live connection to a SQL database, but by looking at how your two sheets are built I'm pretty sure I know what's going on. The Cash Out sheet only has one dimension on columns (Bins to Pay) while the Cash In sheet has two dimensions (Bin to Receive and Bins to Pay). That additional dimension is segmenting things again, which is causing the visualization to appear as dots as opposed to the expected line. In order to get lines, you'll need to either structure your data so that all the information you're trying to share here is in one table, or set up a blend between the two current tables that establishes a relationship between the two.
