Hi All
I have recently installed Tableau on a new hardware and published workbooks,
During the scheduled extract process, I have been receiving alerts of failure, I went to edit connection and tested the connection from the data source, I can see the below error screen
But surprisingly, this work book has got 2 data sets, one is working and the other one is where I am seeing the above issue,
Has anyone faced similar issues , any help is much appreciated

The above issues has been resolved, problem was due to a server port block issues,
SQL server ports has not been allowed from Tableau server, once the ports are open this has cleared way for me to connect to the data base servers
