The easiest solution is to create a calculated field like this
FIRST() != 0
And drag that onto the Filter Shelf and Select True. (Be sure it is set to compute using Table Across).
Returns the number of rows from the current row to the first row in the partition. For example, the view below shows quarterly sales. When FIRST() is computed within the Date partition, the offset of the first row from the second row is -1.
So what we are doing here, is telling Tableau to only show the Partitions that aren't the first partition. In your case, that would hide the first week, where you have NULL values from your WoW calc.
