The workbook was created in Tableau 8.2 which is not a compatibility issue with server 9.1.
I have downloaded the workbook and attempted to re-publish it to the server however it still shows blank.
This is effecting all users from viewing this workbook, not a single user.
All our data sources are from Oracle. Per the list, the Oracle 64bit driver is already installed with the server.
I am now finding out there are multiple workbooks that are either not displaying at all (just a blank page) or with missing data.
Can you answer a few questions for me which might help diagnose the issue?
Can you open the workbook in Tableau Desktop 9.1? If so does the data display as you expect?
Are you using a live connection or an extract? If you're using a live connection have you embedded the credentials or are you asking users to log in to see the data?
If it is an extract can you refresh the data successfully on your Tableau Server and on Tableau Desktop? If not does it give you an error?
Are there any User Filters applied to the workbook?
If you are using an Oracle connection do you need to use TNSNames? If so check that your Tableau Server has TNSNames on it and set up for use: http://kb.tableau.com/articles/knowledgebase/oracle-connection
