Yes for Long but it´s not showing for Lat, that´s the big problem.
In looking at your Excel file, I think the problem is that your coordinates are not formatted properly. I see huge values, like:
Tableau is expecting decimal degrees. South of the equator means negative Latitudes. West of the Prime Meridian is generally considered negative Longitude (up to 180 to -180). However, Tableau can process Longitudes 0 to 360 equally well.
The reason Tableau is able to process the Longitude, is that Longitude can go round-and-round the earth, so it takes the modulo of 360 degrees. So, -43944523466 is -266 degrees longitude. I doubt that is what you meant. On the other hand, Latitude can only go up to +/- 90 degrees, which are the North and South Poles, respectively. Any Latitudes beyond that are invalid, thus the error.
There are many possibilities of what these numbers mean in standard geographic terms. Here is one possibility: if the decimal is placed after the second digit, you get -19.937787692 latitude, -43.944523466 longitude:
I'm sure there are many other possible structures. The key is that Tableau expects decimal degrees, same as Google and most other internet services.
I hope that helps.

I've been thinking about this, and I remembered that there is another less commonly used coordinate system, called UTM, which stands for Universal Transverse Mercator. In UTM, the coordinates are in meters, so the values can legitimately be the size you provided. However, there are other values that are required: zone, in the range of 1 to 60, and hemisphere. There are sites, such as Geographic/UTM Coordinate Converter, which will convert UTM coordinates to decimal degrees, however in order to do so, they require a zone and hemisphere.
I hope that helps.
Bill, I think you've figured it out.
That location for example is a place that makes sense for me. I will try to format the data in a way that it doesnt lose its configuration when I am exporting to csv and then to Tableau.
Well that's weird. The question I replied to disappeared. He must have deleted it while I was responding. Oh well.
