Using JS to filter sheet to show the next row in a sequential list on a refresh

Hi ya'll -  investigatory question here...

I was hoping to find a way to do this in desktop...but somebody mentioned that JS might be a better direction for this, so I'm trying to do some research on that.

In short: I am trying to do this:

Filtering to show the next row in a sequential list when I refresh.

For this data hosted on Public

I would like to find a way to iterate through each row in the below sheet using a refresh command (F5 in desktop - but any designated key would work) and the INDEX() value.

      if_index_is_1_return_2.JPG

      So..refresh 1.. returns 'Show'=

      COUNTRY|NEXT ROW

      Dominican Republic|2

      refresh 2... returns 'Show' =

      Malta|3

      refresh 3... returns 'Show' =

      Belarus|4...etc

... A resource hinted that using that I might be able to use the JS api + parameters in the URL to manipulate the URL on reload, so that it increments when a user reloads the browser page. Does this sound like something the JS api could handle (are there any examples of this anywhere you can think of?).

      Thanks community!
