Working with multiple levels of aggregation can be tricky when we first start learning Tableau - I'm sure there are several other approaches that could work here as well, possibly using LOD Expressions. I'd love to see how others would approach this.
How's this for a single view?
I created a customized grand total using the techniques from LOD Expressions and Separate Custom Grand Totals for Rows and Columns | Drawing with Numbers and changed the name of it to Max.
This doesn't get you the total on the left, to do that you'd have to use separate worksheets on a dashboard or do some fancy work with your data (see http://drawingwithnumbers.artisart.org/customizing-grand-totals-part-3/ for details). Having totals on the left is one of the more popular feature requests, see http://community.tableau.com/ideas/1320 for details.
