Thank you for the link given. However I would like to have tabs in the launch page . How do I do that.
I have attached a sample design how I want so that it is more clear to understand. User should be able to select any tab and the should display accordingly. For eg if the user selects on "Info" tab should display regarding that page and when user select on "Reports" Should be able to display the reports

Every view should be based on sheets and dashboards only.
we can use text object in dashboard and add Welcome text in view.
The same way we can create each sheet and create home info etc
Create info related dashboard and set action from this info sheet to info dashboard.
the same way remains.
Dashboard 1 is the landing page. Click on one of the two boxes at the top, and you'll go to the appropriate page. Once you get there, hover over the sheet on the destination page and you'll see a blue "return to" link. click it and you'll go back to the landing page.
The dashboard actions on the landing page are set up as SELECT actions, so a click activates it. The actions on the two other dashboards are set up as menu actions, so you get the link for it in the tooltip box.

Sankar, Thanks for the input.
Joe, Thanks a lot and the attachment really gave me some good idea.
However as I proceeded with my work. I cam up to a huddle.
I wanted to create a List something like Table of contents . i searched but did not get what I want. I used "Action -filter". Actually my requirement is create a list of Dashboards and then user can click on which ever dashboard and view it. I tried doing but the reports come in just one line and when I publish in the Server it does not work. I am attaching a sample as how would I want it.
Thanks in advance !
Create each report heading in each sheet with shape.
Drag this into dashboard and then set action filter to each report.
Thank you Sankar, I did refer to this link earlier and got one list. But the second report also comes under the 1st list . That is my issue. I guess I am doing something wrong. I am not able to get the second list.as u can see below image the sales at Group and Region dashboard are coming this way. I want as the previous image what I have attached. I guess I am doing something wrong.:(

Jasmine -- Make each line in the table of contents a separate sheet. Not one sheet with multiple lines. Each "go to" should be a separate sheet, just like the example I gave you. You can format the appearance of each sheet to look like a single link. Then each "go to" sheet will have an action filter that points to the actual sheet the user wants to see.
And don't have them right click. Just click. If you choose the SELECT option for the action filter, then click will activate automatically. That's what I did in the landing page example I gave you. If you choose MENU option, the user will get a menu link in the tiooltip.
Thanks a lot for the idea and also the workbook as well that makes more easy for me to understand.
I shall work out what you suggested and implement.
Will come up with more queries as I progress and find huddles.
Thanks again !!! Thank you all.
