Your question seems similar to this one:
It would appear that whatever is rightmost on the Columns Shelf gets to be the bottom label,
which makes things difficult when wanting side-by-side graphs of a particular order.
Duplicating Month to the right of Year produces the Month label on both the top and the bottom,
but one can't selectively hide just the top Month label.
The only solution that I could find in the above link was to use Custom SQL.
swaroop.gantela So can you confirm that the SQL simply transformed the data by creating a new field called Month? My only issue with what you did was that month is only showing across the pane of one bar and not both. It looks a little awkward. I wish Tableau would have an out of the box way to do this.
That is correct, just created a month field and had to use the offset label.
It was the best I could come up with.
