Shay Yefet Jul 25, 2015 10:45 AM (in response to Shankar Narayanan SGS)Hi Shankar,
I've included screenshots (CPU 99% ) server
Sometimes you can see that the performance of the processor is not good
I use the browser Google Chrome.
The server's hardware details:
2 procesor CPU intel xeon(R) x5670 2.93 GHZ ,Memory 64 GB
What reasons can affect server which is slow?
Thanks,
Shay

Shankar Narayanan SGS Jul 26, 2015 1:53 AM (in response to Shay Yefet)Hi Shay,
Looks like your Background job takes high CPU. Do you run any Scheduled reports? or use extracts?. Can you expand the Tableau Server backgrounder to capture the list of process name. What is the deployment option that are you running on (number of clusters, number of process), this could affect the overall performance if not configured properly. You could take a look here on the process configuration based on the scenario of usage. Improve Server Performance
Also if you have any antivirus running, please disable that as its known to cause issues with Tableau server process.
