      • Create process improvements to enhance our delivery practices using our enterprise project management software, Workfront
      • Enable scaling of the business through coordinating knowledge management
      • Assist facilitation of project debriefs, a key source of learning from our completed projects

      • Be a connector—building relationships across departments and locations—and grow to become a trusted advisor on process decisions
      • Incorporate a strong thread of change management thinking into everything you do
      • Contribute to various, ongoing Operations Improvement efforts as the needs of the business change

      • Skill with numerical analysis and back-of-the-envelope calculations
      • Previous experience with Excel
      • An appreciation for people and terrible habit of smiling
