Audit permissions on Tableau server's published data sources to back end underlying tables

In order for our company to bring in Tableau, our Security Admins require the ability to audit permissions applied on the system and specifically who has access to published data sources AND what are the physical names of the source tables and columns being used in the data source. The Postgres db has most of this information but the most important piece.....the underlying tables.  How can I get this information for our security auditors to self serve in a report or get notified when it changes?
