First go in the Menu - Analysis and uncheck Aggregate Measures.
Next use the index function - computed table down - to display every row.

I believe Tableau will need a unique row identifier in the underlying data source in order to not combine the duplicate rows. You would then need to place the unique identifier column onto your view and then hide the header to force each row, even the duplicates, to display.
Any how this is a solution.
