I don't see those options at all. And I am not being asked to "Make Featured".

Thanks for checking back through my history. It could very well be due to location. Though fortunately the government has removed some of the restrictions from before.
I don't know enough about how to use and read the "Inspect Element" option on Chrome, but decided to have a look. I've included a screen shot just FYI. It looks like I'm getting some failures (rows in red) when the page is trying to show. I wouldn't be surprised if this was something to do with it.
But I've no clue how to fix it. So if you have any more thoughts, I'd be grateful.

I would recommend contacting Tableau Support for help with this.
Just turn off your ad blocker.

I tried turning off the Ad Blocker and still no luck in either Chrome or Firefox.
I also ran CCleaner.
Nothing is working.
I think I'll have to ask Support.

Have you reported this and heard back? I'm having the same issue.
Actually I've not reported it directly to Tableau Support. I'm not quite sure what the process is and I've been a bit distracted.
Let me see if I can contact Support. My problem is still outstanding.
