Tableau server fails to refresh data from DB2 through ODBC

I have a custom SQL script to query data from tables in a DB2 database through ODBC and extract the data to publish to Tableau server. Publishing data and the workbook with embedded password is successful. However, Tableau server fails to refresh the data with an unknown failure. When I test connection, the error message shows "The drivers necessary to connect to the database server "Server Name" are not properly installed on Tableau Server. My server admin did install the updated drivers and restarted. However, I still get the same error. Please advise if you have solutions or experiences to fix this.

      Version of desktop: 8.3, 8.2

      Version of server: 8.2

Data source type: custom SQL from DB2

Data connection type: Other ODBC (I never succeed in using IBM DB2 connection.)

      Embedded password before publishing: Yes

Thank you very much in advance.

@Shawn Wallwork - According to this post IBM DB2 Refresh & F5 , Could you please advise what connection type you use? IBM DB2 or Other ODBC? Thank you very much.
