    have to clear browsing history to view dashboards on server?


      We are using Tableau Server 8.0, and are usually able to view our dashboards fine on Tableau server.  However, we occasionally get a Authentication Error - and the only things that corrects it is to "clear the browsing history".  We have this work around, but it isn't ideal for our users.


      Does anyone know why this occurs?  We use SAML for authentication and we found that we get the error less using Chrome, and we never get it when we use the incognito feature of Chrome.


      I'd just like to understand why this happens. Thanks!
