Hi William Chelman,
Have you tried Dual Axis Option?
1) Take the 1 Measure two times on to View, Right click on first then apply the "AVG", right click on second apply "Standard Deviation".
2) Right click on second, click on "Dual Axis" option.
Something like that yes, i would like that :
- the locations of the points are defined by the average (for example an average of 2000 sales per year had be done in Central)
- A rectangle or something like that on the point representing the standard deviation of that particular point
For example here I have the evolution of the average of Gini Utility following a parameter (Market Randomness here) and the standard deviation represented by the thickness, but I don't want it to be the thickness of the line but a rectangle or a cross (like my first example above) around the different points, is it possible ? ^^
I think what you need is a dual axis Gantt chart. Gantt will give you the vertical line starting from avg - stdev with a height of 2*stdev. You can change the line width for the Gantt chart to get whisker look. Then on secondary axis you will have a line chart just showing avg.
Does this help?
That's exactly it, thank you
I wish there was a simpler way to do it since I have many different measures on which to do that but I'll take what I can get ^^
Thank you very much again !
