      Applications of Tableau Data Visualization in Public Health

      Ramon will showcase examples of Tableau interactive data visualizations as tools for exploring population health data, providing evidence on public health issues and communicating findings and key messages in an effective way to the target audience, including health authorities, policy maker in health, and the general public.

      Data visualization best practices on metrics and visual form selection, and visual design will be covered and illustrated throughout presented data visualizations.

      Openly available health data from recognized international and national institutions such as World Health Organization (WHO) and the Institute of Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) are used as data sources.
