The simple answer is that Tableau isn't the right tool for this job. If you want to save the data that you can see in the view to a file, use the database to do that. Tableau should be used for visualising the data, not for bulk data extraction.
you may add any number of column pills as u wish.Raghav mentioned about column limit but its jst the value which after tableay starts combining rows on the same level.refer to the below link for more details.
since tableau is a in memory tool it will take up your RAM space .im guessing you ran outta RAM space .But once again as Chris said Tableau isn't right for this job.Even if u add that many rows ur view will get coalesced and wont make any sense .So make use of database to handle the extraction.
