We are interested in connecting Tableau to our Cisco Call Manager for some close-to-real-time call center analytics. I believe the database we would need to connect to is "db_cra" and I believe it is an IBM Informix database (which would require an additional ODBC driver install).
My questions are... has anyone out there in the Tableau world done this before? If so, would you share your steps to connecting and successes / failures?
