I'm not a firm believer in certs because of the "boot camp" methods of abuse without real experience. From what I've read by others, the exam is difficult (as if should be).
Agree there's no substitute for hard work at the coal face of a Server environment. The certification is just the icing on top, the real value will be from the Server Comprehensive training course.

A few of us here in support have taken the Server Comprehensive course, but did not pass the test the first time, mostly because the course relates to what customers encounter and not what we in support see and respond to.
