Custom Date Format Missing

I am unable to apply custom formatting to my date headers which is weird. Usually I can right click the date, select Format - then configure a custom date.

This time, there is no option for me to select "Custom" - does anyone know why? Thank you in advance!!

Guessing this is because you have 'Month' selected as compared to having 'Month/Year' from the pill. It gives you an option to select custom, when there is a year associated with it. Not sure, without looking at your data, but I am guessing this is the reason.
