I am using the version 8.2 on a mac OS 10.9.5 and can not connect to my tableau server.
I have users running it with windows and goes well.
Already did the certificate update but nothing happened, what could it be?
I can login into the different stages (dev, qa and prod) thru the browser, but not using the desktop client.
Please contact our support team about this issue by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or opening a case via the customer portal. Somebody on the team should be able to provide some information to help out (I know it's out there but I just can't seem to find it right now )
