Yes for personal geodatabase (upto 2GB)
No for file geodatabase
BUT you can open file geodatabase in QGIS, and convert, and then re-store in PostGIS (no limit, 64-bit) and bring it back into Tableau via Postgres.
You need to be aware that ALL polygons and points MUST be enabled for Tableau ready format (Polygon or Line) by adding a path order.

I have the same requirement that Raj had.
I need to connect to ArcGIS from Tableau and bring in all Map and Data layers in Tableau. However, important point here is the connection should be live and the data points that come from GIS should be interactive.
Can you help how that can be done ? Many thanks in advance..
