Moving column headers to top of worksheet (with measure names)?

    Chris Drouin

I have a set of measures that are arranged as columns on my worksheet (so that I can color-code individual columns rather than every cell in the worksheet).  The headers are showing up at the bottom of the worksheet, which makes the table hard to read.  How can I move them to the top?

The method described here doesn't appear to work when there are multiple axes (which is the hack that I'm using so that I can color-code multiple columns using different criteria):

I've attached a screenshot (sans data) showing the setup that I'm using. I have a placeholder parameter that I'm using to create an axis for each of the columns, simply denoted as (Placeholder).
