How do you filter the same dimension for multiple wildcards?

      Hello,

I've been using Tableau now for a few hours and it's really great, but I can't figure this out for the life of me.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have one dimension I'm using to filter my data. Specifically, I'm filtering healthcare data to identify certain types of disease.  The DiseaseType dimension is made up of rows of text and I need to isolate the rows containing one of two possibilities. The first possibility is "Metastatic", the second is "Stage IV".

I've experimented with creating a calculated field but I'm at a loss for how exactly to do that correctly.  This seems like it should have a really simple fix that I'm just not seeing.

I would be happy to post workbooks, but this is sensitive healthcare data, so that's not possible.

      Thanks in advance.

      Hans
