Need help with comma delimited fields

    Sassan Athari

Hello I am not an expert in Tableau or databases and here's my challenge I hope to find an answer to here:

I have a sharepoint list which I connect my Tableau desktop to. The list has multiple fields but here's what I'm trying to achieve: One of my field stores the project name and the other (which is a text field) store the names of resources assigned to the project separated by commas or cemicolons.

      This what I currently have:

      Project NameResources Assigned
      Project 1Person 1, Person2
      Project 2Person 3, Person 1
      Project 3Person 3, Person 2, Person 4, Person 5
      Project 4Person 4, Person 1

And here's what I'm trying to achieve:

      Project NameResources Assigned
      Project 1Person 1
      Person 2
      Project 2Person 3
      Person 1
      Project 3Person 3
      Person 2
      Person 4
      Person 5
      Project 4Person 4
      Person 1

I hope I'm not too ambiguous in what I'm looking to accomplish. Please let me know if you have any questions to help make this more clear and I'll provide details. Thanks in advance to all those who will assist.
