I haven't looked closely, but have you tried removing/deleting the extract, and re-creating it? I've run into issues with using Extracts, and switching to live data (it seems like Tableau "holds onto" the Extract in some way... I haven't figured it out yet). But usually, re-generating the Extract after deleting it resolves any issues I've had.
I have removed and recreated the extract several times and still have the issue. I initially only created the extract so that I could send you the packaged workbook to report the issue with the underlying data. It was at that time that I noticed that the data was accurate when using an extract and not accurate when using the live data feed. I typically do not use an extract.
Regardless, removing the extract, even deleting the extract from the directory, does not resolve the issue. Additionally, I am only seeing the issue in this workbook. All of my other workbooks using live data feeds seem to be correct. I thought that perhaps I was doing something wrong in the way I set up my data, even though it is very basic.

Hey Katherine, did you end up figuring out what the issue is? I'm encountering a similar one.
Thanks a lot
