Create a calculated field by using following formula: -
Case [Select Measure]
when 'Profit' then [Profit]
when 'Sales' then [Sales]
when 'Discount' then [Discount]

Is it possible to do the same with different Date Dimensions as well? I need a parameter with which I can switch form "Entry Date" to "Published Date".
Yes you can do the same for dates too.

Marta, Just put "Measure Names" on the filter shelf (its the last entry in the Dimensions list. Set it as a quick filter. Change the Quick filter to "Single Select". Then, Use "Measure Values" (last entry in the Measures list) on the Row or Column shelf.
