How do I restrict bars on a map to baseline from location instead of bottom of chart?

I am creating a map on which I want to display change in a metric over the time period for servers located at different places in US.

I want to display the metric as a bar. When I change the mark type to bar, the bars start from bottom edge of map, instead of starting from the location itself. How do I display this as located bar graph.

Is there a way in Tableau to fix that? Please advise.
